13 year old becomes a father

I read an article in "The Sun" about how a 13-year old boy just became a father.

I was shocked when I found this out. How could a child take care of anoth er child? The mother of the child may be 15, but still at that age no child should be worrying about another life. I feel like children younger and younger are having sex, and there may be no way to prevent this to happen. Many of these children don't understand the outcomes that sex brings. Most of the time they won't get pregnant and have a child, but there are other things, like STD's, that could be transferred. The new generation has to be more aware of how their decisions may affect their lives or of those around them. For example, the teenagers that just had a baby, can't support the child, let alone take care of it. The baby will probably be put on the parents because the mother and father will be busy with school, and other activities they have. This means that the parents have to put more money into support this new life, it could be money that they don't even have. As a 15 and 13-year-old I wonder if they really understand how much effort is put into taking care of a child.
